Every listing must describe a real UAE property and must be posted by a person or business with authority to advertise it. Prices, photos, location, size, availability, maintenance charges, permit details, advertiser type and contact options must be accurate and kept up to date. The following are not allowed: fake listings, bait prices, unavailable properties shown as available, duplicate spam, misleading photos, wrong locations, agents pretending to be owners, undisclosed agency advertising, discriminatory content, unsafe instructions, off-platform payment pressure, false verification claims or attempts to bypass moderation. Agents and agencies must provide accurate license and broker details where required. Owners may be asked for authorization or ownership evidence. Bayti may hide, flag, expire, reject, edit or remove listings and may suspend accounts when rules are breached or reports indicate risk.
