Bayti.ae provides a UAE property marketplace, listing, discovery, communication and offer-management platform. Bayti is not a real estate broker, escrow holder, developer, bank, landlord, buyer, seller, tenant, valuation provider or party to any property transaction unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Users are responsible for their own listings, enquiries, offers, negotiations, documents, viewings, payments and contracts. Listing publishers must have the right to advertise the property, must use accurate photos and prices, must keep availability updated, and must provide required permit, license, ownership or authorization details where applicable. Bayti may review, edit, reject, hide, expire, flag, suspend or remove listings, accounts, offers, messages, reports, ads or profile content that appears misleading, unsafe, unlawful, duplicated, discriminatory, abusive, unverifiable or inconsistent with UAE real-estate marketplace standards. Bayti may also request verification documents before allowing continued use. Direct offers sent through Bayti are communication records only. They are not binding sale or lease contracts unless the parties separately complete all legal documentation required in the relevant emirate. Users should verify property details, title, advertiser authority, broker license, permit details, payment instructions and contract terms before paying deposits or signing documents.
